SUMMER RESERVATION POLICY:
A 50% – 60% deposit is required to hold your reservations. Deposits will be returned only if we are able to re-rent the unit for dates reserved or upon 45 day notice of cancellation.
Deposit will not be refunded if party fails to show.
Rates quoted do not include room & sales tax.
Waitress Gratuity: The Resort does not add gratuities for Servers.
$3.00 per day/per person recommended.

Check-out 10:00 am unless arranged in advance with management. Check-in mid-afternoon.

Each extra person is $10 per day.
2 week cancellation policy. 4 – 7 day: 50% down / 21 day cancellation.
